The Process

To get your project from idea to finished product, this is how we do it:

 Project Brief

You have an idea in your minds eye and you need someone to make it happen. Translating your vision into something tangible is often a difficult task to get right, but we will help you through every step of the process - making it quick, simple, and dare we say it, even fun. We will ask you a number of questions that are designed to paint a very clear picture of exactly what it is you want to achieve. From the colours you want to anything you would like us to avoid. We capture it all.

 To The World

So we now have a very clear picture of everything you want your project to be. We will collate all the information provided by yourself (perhaps ask one or two extra questions if required) then take your project brief to the world – or at least the thousands of project specialists we have access to. We will act on your behalf should any queries arise and ensure that everyone has exactly the same vision for your project that you do. Once we have taken your project to the world, we will collate and prepare what the world wishes to present to you.

 Review and Select

We have gathered an in-depth picture of your project, we’ve taken it to the world and now the world has responded with their thoughts on how best they can meet your needs. We will collate all of this information into a simple and easy to follow PDF document for each potential specialist. We will provide you with their thoughts, costs and timeframe to complete your project, comments from others that have used their services, a sample of their previous work, any terms / conditions they may have, or any other relevant information. Take your time and review each proposal in-depth and once your happy with a proposal, simply click ‘select’ and pay for your project using our secure online payment gateway.

Having now engaged net-bid’s services, you will have full access to your own client area where we will post any project related information or updates.

 Secure Payment

The beauty of taking your project to the world through net-bid is that we act as a secure reference point for both our providers and you as our client. Once you have selected and paid for the proposal that most impressed you, we will hold your funds and only release to the developer once certain project stages have been achieved. We will undertake all negotiation on your behalf to ensure that your specialist is paid on-time and in full and your investment is protected and you receive what you pay for at the times agreed to.

Once your projects terms and conditions have been mutually agreed to, we will authorise your specialist to begin work on your project. Time frames will vary depending on what has been agreed to and the complexity of your project, but rest assured, your project is not far away.

  Enjoy

It may have been only a couple of days, or 2 to 3 weeks, but your project has been completed and delivered. It’s no surprise as to how good it is though, as you have been involved in the design and development process at every step – providing valuable input into the overall look, feel and functionality of your project. We recognise that once your project has been delivered and you’ve had a couple of weeks to absorb the project in its entireity, you may have thoughts on other things you could have also done, or included – so we’ll keep in touch and help out with any minor project polishing that needs to be done.
